RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We process returns for up to 7 days after your order arrives. Prior to using all of our products, please take a moment to ensure sizing is appropriate. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including hang tags and original packaging.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify that we have proceed your items and notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. if you are approved, your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Alternatively, you may also choose to receive a store credit of 100% of the value originally paid for the returned item exclusive of shipping costs.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchange your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost are refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service for all items. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
